Too Good To Go is the world's #1 app for fighting food waste. We work with thousands of restaurants and food retailers to make their surplus food available to local consumers. The magic of Too Good To Go has been spreading rapidly across Europe, with over 17 million meals saved across 12 countries to date.

We have big, big plans to grow rapidly and are building a strong team of engaged and talented Waste Warriors across the globe (380 and counting!). We are now looking for an exceptional B2B Marketing Specialist to join the superstar team at Too Good To Go in London.

Role overview

  • This passionate Waste Warrior will lead the B2B marketing activity at Too Good To Go UK working closely with the local sales and marketing teams. They will also collaborate with the Global Marketing team to support company-wide initiatives.
  • The candidate will have the following core missions to design, implement and manage:
    • Generate the maximum amount of inbound sales leads, by:
      • Developing a strong partnership programme with relevant food and drink businesses, associations and groups
      • Developing a strategy for acquiring leads at local industry events
      • Designing and monitoring digital acquisition campaigns (SoMe, affiliate marketing, referral programmes etc)
      • Working alongside the marketing team to support local B2B PR and communication campaigns
    • Work with the sales teams to optimise and increase the conversion rate of leads
  • The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing but will work closely with the Sales Team Manager


What we are looking for

  • A dynamic Food Waste Warrior who wants to work and grow a company that is changing the world, one meal at a time
  • Someone with previous experience in B2B marketing positions, preferably in companies with online and offline sales engines
  • Previous experience designing B2B digital campaigns (SEM, email marketing and referral programs) combined with a basic understanding of growth hacking techniques
  • A deep understanding of sales cycles and lead generation processes
  • Proven experience building and maintaining marketing partnerships as well as affiliate techniques, preferably within the food and drink industry
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation at events, with a strong understanding of pre-, during and post-event strategy to maximise ROI
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • An analytical mind, with strong attention to detail
  • Minimum 3 years experience
