Age 16-18

Package for age 16-18

We have developed exercises, articles and cases that allow students aged 16-18 to work innovatively, interdisciplinary and creatively, with food and food waste as focus. By working with these assignments, the students develop their personal and educational competencies such as idea generation, project management, collaboration and problem solving.

The students will have all the relevant resources about the topic of food waste at their disposal, which will allow them to work creatively with the cases. The students will learn what they can do to reduce food waste at home, come up with ways to make a difference and evaluate what they have learned and where to go from here.

You can choose to work with everything or mix and match.

Nowadays, food is transported over longer distances across continents. This means end consumers are disconnected from the source and the supply chain becomes longer and more fragmented. When learning about food waste and loss it is essential to understand where the food originally comes from.
