So while you need to be precise in your application, if we feel you would be a better fit elsewhere, we might want to talk about that opportunity, too. In most cases, our recruitment process follows the steps below. In some cases, we use a different structure however - for example, for more senior positions, it is important to us that you meet with more people, and the assessment phase will be different.
