We want to be thorough and fair to every candidate. So it is important that all applications are collected in the same place so we can dedicate the same amount of time and resources to everyone. For most jobs, there is no specific deadline. We screen applications as they come in, and close the job advert only once we have found the right candidate - so make sure to apply sooner rather than later! If there is a specific deadline, it will be given in the job advert, but again, don’t wait until the last moment to apply!

We screen applications on a rolling basis, so we aim to give you feedback as soon as possible. In some cases, especially applications that attract a big response, this can be difficult, but you will be informed when you can expect to hear back from us. You will always hear back from us, whether your application was successful or not.

Of course! But if your application was not taken further because we felt that you did not have enough experience, give it a few months, develop your skills, and come back.

For most jobs, we need (near-)native command of the local language, especially in Sales and Success, as well as in marketing. However, for roles on the global level, English is the spoken language.

We’re an international company, and as most of our job adverts are in English, applying in that language is always a safe bet. However, if you are more comfortable in your own language (provided it is the language of the office you are applying to), that’s perfectly fine, too.

Of course, especially if you’re not sure which one will fit your talents the most. But be strategic - don’t just apply across the board, really make sure that your applications match our job advert in each instance. If you’re applying for the same positions in multiple countries, please make sure you can convince us of your language skills for those positions (also see “language requirements”) above.
